Join Louis Cruise Lines and explore the world's most celebrated sites of Ancient Greece and Imperial Turkey during these 3 night 'Aquamarine' itineraries. Sailing from Piraeus, discover the tiny chapels and windmills of Mykonos before heading to the Turkish port of Kusadasi. History buffs will enjoy a tour of nearby Ephesus or a walk to the ancient harbour via architectural masterpieces such as the Library of Celsus and the Great Amphitheatre. Returning to Greece, visit the island of Patmos and Crete, where you can stroll the ruins of the Palace of Knossos in Heraklion - said to contain the Labyrinth of King Minos. Aquamarine |
Louis Cruise Lines cruise ship `Aquamarine`, has a truly laid back ambience and a host of onboard comforts ensure that passengers soon feel very much at home. Sister of Sundream, this well appointed ship manages to hit just the right balance between action and relaxation, sophistication and informality. Indeed, when it comes to home from home comforts, you couldn't ask for more. The Aquamarine has a contemporary feel and was built originally for Royal Caribbean Cruise Line.
As far as entertainment is concerned there is a lot to do and see aboard ship. First there is the show in the ship’s main lounge, featuring international entertainers and a line of dazzling chorus girls. Then there is the ship’s band that plays for your listening and dancing pleasure, and they play everything from rock to rumba, tango to sixties, and bouzouki to bossa nova. Of course you can always enjoy a slightly more sedate music in the lounge, or the flashing lights of the disco.
And for those who would like to try their luck with a spin of the wheel or a turn of a card, the cosmopolitan surroundings of our international casinos will make sure that they will do it in style.
Last but not least the international cuisine on board our ships, is prepared by top chefs and includes a wide selection of buffet-style breakfast, table d’hote and buffet dinners. A buffet type of dinner always includes selection of cold salads and meats, variety of hot dishes, pasta, meat dishes, poultry fish, potatoes, rice, vegetables and a selection of fruits and sweets.
